Grumman E-2 Hawkeye (16-5813) - This snapshot, the first pic of 165813 to be posted in FAs photo gallery, is a capture of the VAW-117 "Wallbangers" Hawkeye as it is hammered into a hard left break directly over my head during its return to NAS Fallon after a morning training sortie. The "Wallbangers" are homeported at NAS Oceana and fly from the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) when at sea.
