Ok guys, he's on the runway.
Runways have white center stripes and white solid borders and taxiways have solid yellow centerlines and borders.
All that black rubber is not from taxiing around, it's from landings.
Red runway identification signs (25R-7L) are on the taxiway side of the hold short lines so you can read them as you approach the runway.
Looks like this is at E11 on runway 25R-7L.
