As a former BUFF guy, I appreciated the old, early joke "What's the difference between a B52 and a B1?". Answer, "One is a strategic bomber and the other is a Bingo number." Reason for the joke is, early on, the B1 had some major operational problems, but these have obviously been ironed out and the Lancer has proved her mettle. Beautiful plane!

Yes, The B-1 is great to see in person but there is nothing like hearing one either take off or do the high speed pass at an air show. The sound in just awesome!
