According to Wikipedia: The Sportavia-Putzer RF-4 is a single-seater motor glider designed by René Fournier in 1966

Aircraft has been retired and is now on display at Moody AFB.

This RF-4C was stationed at Bergstrom AFB, TX in Austin till flown to AMARC sometime between 93-95 when the closed due to BRAC. Unit of assignment 67 Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, this is the Wing commanders bird.
