I thought they were currently grounded by FAA due to issues with their AOA sensors...
Special flight permit for purposes of maintenance is allowed. Plus, how do you know that this aircraft has not already complied with the sensor replacement? The AD is presumably a straightforward correction once you have the replacement part. Some SF50 have already been legitimately returned to service already.
Thanks Jeff for the update. Good to see that this issue is getting resolved quickly for the SF50.
