In the background is the O-2TT prototype [demonstrator]. In the foreground is the mocked-up fuselage showing proposed changes for the production O-2TT. The primary change was tandem seating/controls, better avionics, light cockpit armor, large 'bubble' side windows and large over-head windows for panoramic visibility [rivaling the OV-10... at a much lower unit cost]. The wing was also lengthened and strengthened to accommodate added fuel and (2) store-stations permanently mounted [increased wing area and available power = greater performance margin = greater combat payload and endurance over the battle area].
