Cant read the words in the fuselage forward of the wings since I’m viewing on a small screen, the presence of a tail boom leads me to believe it is equipped for in flight refueling. Would be a KC of some variant if US. Have no idea which model, though. I go back to the A models and water injected turbojets......

It is a French Air Force KC-135 reno 2 which was updated in 2015, they are being retired and replaced with the Airbus 330 MRTT, as some of them are almost 60 years old

Aircraft was built for French AF by Boeing as a C-135F (MSN 18681) with USAF Serial No. 63-8472.
French registry as F-UKCC. Modified to KC-135FR.
