Cessna Commuter (N17143)
On Saturday, October 24 2020, starting at 11:27 and lasting until 17:34, I took photos of 18 aircraft that were flying around or over my private property south of ERV. One of these planes was N17143, which flew over SEVEN times. I have photos at 1604, 1650, 1654 (this photo), 1659, 1706, 1712, and 1806—all taken from my front yard. These photos are the only evidence of these flights, because none of them were recorded on FA. The only recorded flight for N17143 on 10-24-20 ended at 14:39 when it landed at ERV.

When I don't turn on the transponder when flying I can't record my flights. Only when I transition Class C or B airspace is a Mode C/S transponder required.
If he didn't have a transponder capable of encoding the data and not required to have such then it's not likely to show up.
