Animated Weather on Flight Tracking Pages
The best flight tracking maps just got better! FlightAware.com now offers animated weather imagery for logged-in users and paying customers. This new feature quickly allows you to see which way a weather system is moving and can help with situational awareness, dispatch, and flight following.
Simply move your mouse over the map to access controls, then click the play icon at the top of the flight tracking page. Animated weather will load shortly and then the map will continue to animate through the last hour of weather.
