Disagree with you on that, the AA is unbalanced when comparing the front and back. This has a far better sense of fluidity to it - certainly when compared to the existing "techno-cute" pattern. All IMHO of course.
Agree 100%, the two ends of the aircraft appear to be visually unbalanced. I can see where they are going with the tail end but they are attempting to "say" too much in a small area as opposed to the front which is just the opposite - minimalist feel.
I am a Boeing fan but also a practical observer. Take a look at the 380 on landing or takeoff and it is obvious that Airbus built the wing for much further expansion. In fact, when I first saw it land at YYZ I was immediately reminded of the 747-SP! Open to comment
Looking at the 380, there is so much room to stretch on it's existing wing I would be surprised in the 747 could keep pace vis a vis expansion. Don't get me wrong, not a Airbus fanatic and truey appreciate Boeing technology however if you look at the 380 fro the right angel , , , , it almost looks like a 747SP!
