Pilots Report "Close Call" at Newark Liberty

NTSB will investigate this alleged "close call" between an arriving United 737 and a departing Embraer at Newark Liberty International Airport. Article includes audio provided by LiveATC.net of the exchange between the pilots and the tower. It does not specify how close the two planes came from one another but it was enough to have the tower instruct the 737 to go around. (www.nj.com) More...
