What is really bad there is sitting in that taxi line and watching those guys land, knowing you are gonna have to get out there in it before long.lol

Yeah, they frown on that. Problem is, in my case, he is generally on the plane with me and wants to go as bad as we do.lol.

Did plane #1 do a bad bounce or initiate a go around?

Go Around (Re-do) answered my own question, ran the captions thru Google Translate.

Shigenori Komatsu shooting = after another go-around high winds at Narita Airport in Okinawa [Video]

Because of the strong wind, after once grounded on the runway, at 10:45 am 7 days = Lufthansa aircraft, go-around at Narita Airport to rise (Redo landing)

Seems to have shut down the Bullet trains for a while as well.

Mother nature more effective than sequestration?

Ok, here you are....

Under the influence of low pressure developed, subjected to 7 days from 6 days in the prefecture, the wind and rain intensified. The maximum instantaneous wind speed recorded more than 20 meters in many parts, came to train suspended service and delays. Aircraft to change the destination and "go around" again just before landing in strong wind gusts and descended one after another, in Narita Airport, we have extended one hour of operation until 11 pm.
