Emirates Engineering Trainees Build LSA

Submitted
Emirates, a Dubai-based airline, has recently unveiled a two-seater light sport aircraft. The company says the RV 12 is the result of a dedicated group of Emirates' engineering trainees who completed the project during their free time. "Constructing this aircraft from scratch is a tremendous achievement for our trainees whose knowledge and hands on technical experience have now been significantly enhanced," said Emirates EVP and CEO Adel Al-Redha. Aircraft construction is a great way to train maintenance personnel. Use of the Airplane by an employee club can be a great team building plus for the carrier.

I'm sorry, I can't help myself, but does it look like a dromedary to anyone else?
