I wonder whether the testing experts will apply some common sense to their technical expertise ? I do remember , to test the well being of my car battery qua the stating ability , I always make number of starts in quick succession . To check its ability to sustain the frequent discharging current heat . Later when the car is run or the charging process starts , the charging current is always very very high , ofcourse with in limits for the alternator , and again heating takes place . In car heat generation and dissipation is not a major consideration but for an aircraft it is . BUT testing procedure remains the same . So , I wonder if the million dollar testing team considers such modes at all ? Or they have their own complicated procedures so much in line to justify their price tags . Any one and every one involved in this process must wear only one tag , " professionals " . Neither experts or Boeing or FAA or any other such tag ! They all ought to have a singular goal , to find a solution to the problem . No matter what .
