It is only in America where an advertised ticket for $199. is $404. at the cashier. Every other country sells the ticket for $404, and that is what you give the nice lady at the window. False and misleading advertising is a practiced art in the USA, and the politicians are paid to look the other way. President Obama, why is only the DOT sending out warnings? No such thing as a "free lunch." With everything a cost is associated with that particular good or service. But of course, the gov't wants in on business and imposes high taxes only to slow economic growth. Anyways, as I digress only a foolish person would think something is "free."
