Really a defective switch. The last I heard it was pilot error they were looking at and that the plane had no defects. Was I wrong????

Plaintiffs allege many things hoping for a sympathetic jury and a big payout.

Hope the judge throws it out. Seems like a ludicrous allegation.

"All 300 people aboard Emirates Flight EK 521 survived the crash-landing in Dubai,"

So, no one died and they (whoever they are) are suing - for a supposed faulty switch?
