My following comment is made under 1st Amendment.
The environmental issues are a ' clear and present danger ' . All over the world , North to South , East to West.
All stake holders have to understand the principle of 'sustainable development' and not wait to reach a stage of 'polluter pays' ! Which some times can be a cause of irreversible damage .
