Long-range Superjet 100 gains Russian certification

Russia’s Interstate Aviation Committee has issued a supplemental type certificate for the Sukhoi Superjet 100LR, certifying the long-range version of the Russian regional jet. While the SSJ100’s maximum range is 3,048 km, the SSJ100LR has a maximum range of 4,578 km. Gazpromavia Aviation is the launch customer for the SSJ100LR.
