Arrived late and was met by the security guard who was very professional. He opened the terminal to allow us to use the restrooms. If you're renting a car from Hertz with Gold Service and you're arriving after 6pm (Hertz counter closes) then you can call the Hertz desk directly and arrange to have the keys left with the FBO. If you're arriving after 10pm (FBO counter closes) then you can arrange with the FBO to have the keys left with the security guard. All staff was very helpful. Our departure on the 26 was quick. at $9/nt for a C182 is well worth it. Go here you will not regret it.
