Worst FBO experience in my travels. I visit approximately 20 different airports each month, and unfortunately I have 2 horrible experiences here (my last experience now that I have found the Ultimate FBO there). On trip 1 I arrived after hours and waited 20 minutes for a line guy to show up (despite having called ahead). I was told there were no vending machines available and I would have to use the restroom in the fuel station. They guy didn't know how to operate the credit card machine, and took 15 minutes reading the manual before I finally got frustrated and did it for him. On the day trip, I was parked about 500 yards away because "they were waiting on another airplane which had parking priority". Oddly enough no other planes ever showed up. After I started my engines the line guy indicated I needed to come back inside because they had forgot to have me sign the credit card slip. If I were you, I would avoid this FBO and go across the airport to Ultimate. Beechcraft King Air 90 |
