 It was cold, there was not enough hot water for more than on person to take a shower. bedding not very comfortable. location was good, but needs serious update.. . .

 Location - great (just north of franconia state park) easy to find? - yes room details: room cleanliness - ok television / cable - yes refrigerator - yes shower space - very small / tiny breakfast - yes (but very few items) staff / service - ok va.... . .
