I stayed at the l'enfant plaza hotel from 08/23/09 to 08/30/09 and they did not have the manor robe and manor shoes that they show on their website. the swimming pool was not enclosed additionally like they show on their website. the furniture did not l.... . . | | What a delightful experience (May 2009) |

Location is very easy to the smithsonian museums and metro but limited shopping or restaurants within walking distance. underground restaurants and shops close between 5 and 6 pm and aren't open on weekends.

I just got back from washington (business) and all my appointments were in downtown area. l'enfant is in a great venue, convenient access to/from the airport using the metro and still plenty at your door step in the evening to go for dinner etc. i'm . . . | | What a hotel! (April 2009) |
