Call sign "Opec" (WE had the gas) First KC10 AFRES unit, formed in 1981 now at McGuire AFB Comments Have lived near Barksdale for 40 years and was a young boy when the KC-10's were stationed here and just remember them always flying and was in awe of how "big" they were as a kid.
