Nice picture; I wonder if this plane is allowed to land in the US for not even Stage3 noise reduction systems would meet current requirements. Any comments.

I can well imagine that Mr. Getty can land and takeoff pretty much as he pleases.
I would think they could land in the US...that's where the plane is registered.

Looking closely you'll find compliant engines - tip off is the much larger cowling nacelles on #1 and #3 while #2 is hushed in the traditional manner aft of the cowlings. Probably some grandfathering going on as well. Great photo of a great airplane - many an hour in the saddle.
