Brings back memories of VP-22 - Barbers Point, HI. Stationed there for a year and a half, 1966-67 TDY to Sangley Point, Philippines in 1966. Beautiful plane to fly in.

Great "action" shot!

FLY NAVY!

Just a "nit", but Navy Bureau numbers (BUNO) have no dash (that is Air Force nomenclature). This P-3 is BUNO 161129. It is also the first aircraft that I flew after reporting to VP-10 in Brunswick, Maine in September 1983.

Jon it's a fa issue not Chris . They automatically put in the dash. Chris has the 6 digit BuNo which is correct.
Awesome shot as always, Sir!
