Thanks for sharing that, Dave. When I was at TAN SON NHUT AIR BASE, SAIGON, VIETNAM in 1966 we were able to see Skyraiders dive bombing on VC positions from our (RF-4C) flight line. They were just north of the airbase 1 to 3 miles and sometimes at night using flares. It was interesting to watch as there would be several skyraiders going around in a pattern taking turns.
