A lot of these owners and operators do not want their locations to be known and here you go posting them online with their locations while you are on a private ramp only.. just because you have a SIDA does NOT give you the right to trespass on any ramp on the airport.
having a SIDA card means he has permission to be there, so therefore its not trespassing.
Being at a public airport, there is nothing illegal or immoral about taking a photo of an aircraft.

Plus, he could have gotten a shot of the aircraft from other locations while he and/or the aircraft were outside of the ramp area, e.g. while the bird is in the air. And OBTW, it is a pretty nice shot!
