Description On 27.09.09 the last flying Avro Vulcan XH558 made a flypast of Manchester and Woodford Aerodrome five miles away. Seen here turning onto a very short final approach to MANchester Airport (EGCC). XH558 was built at Avros (now BAe Systems) in 1960, at its plant at Woodford near Manchester Airport.
