McDonnell Douglas FA-18 Hornet (16-1959) - Blue Angel #2 (161959, cn 0171/A133) getting repaired after experiencing a landing gear systems failure on takeoff earlier that afternoon at the Cleveland National Air Show on 3 Sep 2006. The #7 aircraft flew from Cleveland to NAS Oceana and back to get some type of landing gear actuator for a speedy repair. Crews worked all night and the aircraft flew again the next day.
