Registry shows this to be a 1937 Stinson SR-9C, Aerofiles shows as ATC621 with 260hp Lycoming and 65 built. The Stinson V77 was a latter military variant ATC774 with 300hp Lycoming and 500 built. They came with the bump-less cowling.
