Written on 07/22/2018 by Guido Warnecke

If photos are not labeled. they cannot be used for anything...

Written on 08/27/2014 by Guido Warnecke

So I wonder why this photo (which is actually not a bad one...) is rated 4 times as very poor...
Unlabeled photos have no meaning on an aviation photo database.

Written on 08/29/2014 by Guido Warnecke

Neither. It's halfway extended.

I miss the shamu one

Written on 09/25/2015 by sam kuminecz

Who wants to see this????

Written on 07/12/2018 by Guido Warnecke

I believe so....has to do with the AOA of the wing I believe...not sure entirely

Written on 12/31/2015 by sam kuminecz

see below

Written on 09/22/2015 by sam kuminecz

Do you know who the original owner of the registration is? EI is Spain but it's Mexican airline. Just curious

Written on 09/26/2015 by sam kuminecz

Written on 11/09/2015 by Sam Andrews

The twin jet aerostar is impressive as well... This looks sexier than a TBM

Written on 07/13/2015 by sam kuminecz

Gary, 04-08 I was stationed at hurlburt field 16AMXS/16AMU
I was just a unit crew chief assigned to the gunships, 69-6568, 6569, 6570, 6572, and 6575...
Eventually I was assigned to AC-130H 69-6572 "Gravedigger" that was my baby.
This bird was retired and is gate guard at Cannon AFB in New Mexico...
Last I saw her was retirement ceremony and dedication ceremony few years ago
I believe the others were
69-6568 Cherry
69-6569 Fatal Attraction
69-6570 The Hussy
69-6572 Grave Digger
69-6573 Heavy Metal
69-6574 Iron Maiden
69-6575 Wicked Wanda
69-6577 Death Angel

I'm mistaken thankyou

Written on 09/27/2015 by sam kuminecz

nice detail of the APU, and the ice detection strips on the wings

Written on 09/25/2015 by sam kuminecz

Only ones I see now are 914th airlift wing doing touch and gos at KBUF from their base at Niagara Falls AFRS.
I want to get out your way soooo bad...
If your in the buffalo area let me know and I'll take you to my spot...supposedly the closest you can get to active runway and unobstructed view in the US...150-200 ft from taxiway. Planes rotate right in front of you...if you can get a airport diagram it's right across from Charlie next to Alpha right at the intersection of 14/32 and 5/23

Written on 09/25/2015 by sam kuminecz

No, the panther is the military version of the dauphin. Been around since the 1980s

Written on 11/05/2016 by sam kuminecz

this aircraft was the first E190 in service with JetBlue " Luiz F. Kahl"
I was at the opening ceremony flight in 2006 for it at KBUF. MSN is 11 I believe

Written on 08/30/2016 by sam kuminecz

You have very nice photos on your account!

Written on 06/12/2015 by Guido Warnecke

At least the lav service is better with the 7s and 9s...whoever designed the 200s is an idiot...put APU exhaust right next to lav service about smelling terrible!

Written on 09/28/2015 by sam kuminecz
